Google also introduced a cheaper version of home — the home mini to compete with Amazon’s  Echo Dot  — it has a fabric build with 4 LED lights. Get a free Google Home when you purchase an LG G6

Boy, do we have an awesome deal for you. Today, LG reached out to us to let us know about an upcoming promotion where you’ll receive a free Google Home on LG when you purchase a brand new G6. Pretty dope. The promotion, dubbed the LG G6 Google Home National Promotion, goes live today. Head over to LG Promo Site when you purchase a G6 before April 30. You’ll have to fill out some information like your name, email, where you’re from, and your carrier. There’s a button to uncheck if you don’t want to receive information about LG products but the site design is a bit wonky and I was unable to get that unchecked. Make sure you don’t wait around too long on this offer because it closes up shop on May 15. As an owner of a Google Home, I can’t say enough good things about it. This is an awesome chance to get one for free!

Cog: Endless games have never looked so good (Review)

In a marketplace where more and more endless games are trying to compete for new users, developers are just starting to realize that they need a differentiating factor in order to survive the app carnage. Cog, by Interactive Monster, offers gamers what is expected from an endless game: simple gameplay, no-nonsense controls, and challenging gameplay. However, Cog is also a gorgeous game to look at, with very fluid animations and superb accompanying sound effects. Developer: Interactive Monster Price: Free Overview Normally, reviews start with a setup section, but there’s no setup needed for Cog. You just launch the game and it starts right away. There’s no tutorial either, but, with a little trial and error, you will get what are you supposed to do in no time. You control a white orb and have to move it from one ring to another. This is done by tapping anywhere on the screen. Doing this will propel your orb in an upwards position (or to the left, if you’re playing in land

MagCable Magnetic microUSB Cable simplifies charging (Deal of the Day)

While most of the new phones and devices on the horizon feature the USB Type-C charging standard, a lot of what we currently own does not. We venture to guess that you’ve got a number of gadgets lying around the house that need microUSB for charging. If there’s one thing we like about having Type-C charging, it’s that we can plug the cords in with much less thought. There’s no wrong way to plug it in! Wouldn’t it be nice if there’s something to make microUSB easier? There is. Our Deal of the Day is the MagCable, a cable that features magnetic tips. Simply stick one piece into the microUSB port of your phone and then the cable snaps to it when you’re ready to charge. Done charging up? Pull it, and get going. About Charge your Android and other micro USB devices smarter with the MagCable. This cable comes with magnetic micro USB tips to separate easily, preventing catching your phone cable and dragging your phone to the ground. But even better, MagCable allows you to instantl

HTC RELEASES TWO NEW DEVICES

HTC has been overshadowed by competitors like Samsung and Apple, but the unveiling of their latest flagships could turn things around for the company (Or not). Their names? HTC U Ultra, and HTC U-Play, the all-glass smartphones imbued with artificial intelligence. The HTC U Ultra is a phablet-sized device with a 5.7-inch display. One major feature is the second ticker display on top of the phone (It reminds me of the LG V20, but it’s a lot more useful). The display measures 2.05 inches and comes with a resolution of 160 x 1040. Other specs include Gorilla Glass 5 protection, Snapdragon 821, 64-bit quad-core SoC, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of expandable internal storage. A 12-megapixel HTC UltraPixel 2 OIS camera (1.55um pixel size) is placed on the back of the phone, you’ll also find a 16-megapixel snapper on the device’s front. A 3,000mAh battery is included and so is Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 technology. While the iPhone-sized HTC U Play doesn’t come with a second ticker display but h
