GRAVITY BOX:MEGA ANDROID TWEAK TOOL(For rooted users only)

GravityBox - tweak box - Xposed module for devices running Android 4.1/4.2/4.3 ROMs Version 3.5.9 [JellyBean] Version for KitKat is available in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2554049 READ THIS POST CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING ANY FURTHER Hey! After countless hours of coding and searching for proper entry points to inject code to incorporate fixes and mods, here it is: GravityBox - a complex Xposed module targeted for devices running Android 4.1/4.2/4.3, which turns vanilla ROM into feature-packed "non-flashing" custom ROM. Originally, this module was designed for MTK6589 devices which lack custom ROMs built from source due to MediaTek closed-source policy. Later on, it was adjusted to support other (non-MTK) devices running vanilla or close-to-vanilla AOSP ROMs. Introduction The app utilizes amazing  Xposed framework  coded by recognized developer  rovo89  which, briefly, provides interface for injecting code into any app, includ

VIPER4ANDROID :ANDROID SOUND MOD

It's been quite a while since my last post, I was kinda busy with stuff. I am here to introduce and enlighten users of Android who love music and bass beats. Unfortunately not everyone can get the HTC phones and embedded with beats™ audio or the Tecno boom j7. No problem with that at all. I am here to introduce the SOUND ENHANCER named VIPER4ANDROID. Here's how to get it. 1)Make sure you are rooted, have busybox(steriscon) installed, have a custom recovery installed and you use an ASOP rom(Stock rom) ie v4.0 and above 2)Download this zip http://adf.ly/1T0zVi and flash it using custom recovery 3) it should show the app installed to system 4)Once you open the app, it should ask for driver installation, choose your favourite one depending on your taste for bass. It should now ask for root permission, Grant it and a message will appear "Driver installed reboot your device" if so you're  good to go. If not check your root permissions and busybox installations 5)

TABLETS ARE DEAD #ONCE 7 INCHES HIGH NOW SIX FEET UNDER

In 2010, tablets were supposed to be the new hot thing. Apple released the first iPad, Samsung was working on the Galaxy Tab and countless others were about to flood the market with Android tablets. Six years later, there weren’t any tablets at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Companies and consumers have moved on. Tablets are dead. To be fair, if you looked hard enough, you could find an Android tablet or two hidden in a corner of the Fira Gran Via. And Apple, the tablet leader, doesn’t come to MWC. But it’s safe to say that tablets are not the future for the Samsungs and LGs of the consumer electronics world. In fact, Samsung, Sony, HTC and LG didn’t have any new tablet to announce. They didn’t even mention tablets during their conferences. It’s not just that people don’t care about tablets anymore — the big electronics companies themselves aren’t even trying to release new products for this market anymore. Remember how people were excited about the Nexus 7? Sure, Lenovo relea

MONETIZING MOBILE GAMING

The mobile gaming industry made $29 billion in 2015 — and it is only set to continue growing (with estimates as high as $49 billion by 2018). But the mobile gaming industry is in the “wild west” phase of its history right now, with the constant improvement of mobile devices and so many variables to successful monetization. Though it’s difficult to know exactly what mobile will be like in a few years, here’s what I see influencing the mobile gaming space in 2016. Increased focus on mobile branding — maximizing each user Nintendo’s move into the mobile space by bringing their iconic characters and IPs to smartphones, such as Pokemon GO, is going to have a major impact on the increased focus on brand recognition for mobile gaming companies moving forward. User acquisition costs are already skyrocketing per person; as a result, marketing budgets will continue to rise. To sustain the rising costs of this method across the board, and the congestion of new mobile games hitting the app sto

SELF DRIVING CARS #THEFUTURE IS NEAR

This an interesting piece i stumbled upon while checking ☑ tech  updates on  techcrunch  the image i used for the  post  is from shutterstock In the opening scene of the franchise’s 1982 motion picture, Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, the U.S.S. Enterprise responds to a distress call from another ship, the Kobayashi Maru. Stranded in an area of space that the Enterprise can’t enter without risking interstellar war, the limping ship has almost 400 souls on board and is quickly losing life support. These people are going to die without help; the captain has an impossible choice to make. The scene is later shown to be an unwinnable simulation, created as part of a training scenario. Deciding to not aid the Kobayashi Maru results in the death of its crew and passengers. However, acting to help the stranded ship will trigger conflict and result in the death and destruction of the Enterprise. The theme of a no-win scenario is prevalent throughout the rest of the film, and many Star T

TECH NEWS I MISSED THIS MONTH

I haven't posted much this March, this is due to my preparations for my semester exams. Anyway, check out some tech news I missed this week in memes and GIFs. SAD NEWS FOR NIGERIANS: NO XIAOMI MI 5 ANYTIME SOON! According to reports, Xiaomi flagship devices will no longer be sold in Nigeria. Wondering why? Apparently, Mi-fone (I can relate if you are wondering what/who they are. – They are a Mauritius-based phone company) feels that the Xiaomi MI series might create confusion with their brand since their names are similar, so they raised an injunction against them. No word on when the issue will be cleared :'( YOUR INSTAGRAM FEED IS ABOUT TO “SCATTER SCATTER” Brace yourselves Instagrammers, Facebook is about to ruin Instagram for you. They feel you miss an average of 70% posts, so to remedy that, they are introducing a Facebook-like algorithm that will sort images and videos based on what you are likely to be most interested in and not based on the most recent. PLA

AIRTEL MORE DATA 4.5GB NOW N2, 000

The battle line has been drawn, and it is the survival of the fittest. Airtel has proven to be one of the fastest networks in Nigeria even though rumors have it that they are working on implementing 4G LTE in Nigeria. Just updating my information bank as usual when I stumbled on this information and I know surfers like you reading this will love it. Airtel NG seems to have readjusted their data plan 4.5GB for N2, 000 which looks tempting. But if you have been following these data trends, especially from Airtel, you’ll notice that 2GB plan used to go for N2, 000; but now it gives you whooping 4.5GB for N2, 000. How can I get this plan? It’s simple, just load your SIM with N2,000 airtime and dial *437*1# Airtel is fast and I can attest to that… Etisalat is fast and I Can attest to that, but Baba glow slowly that I can’t vouch for. Only go for this plan if you have a strong etisalat network in your location. Note that this is not a blackberry plan… this is a normal plan that works on

WARNING ⚠ TO BLACKBERRY USERS DO NOT UPDATE YOUR FACEBOOK APP

This is an important information to all Blackberry users… we earlier reported that Facebook will remove their supports for Blackberry, hence your Facebook app will seize to functions from 31st of March. But the truth is, an update was rolled out few hours ago, once you update your Facebook app, it will no longer function as expected. Do not update your Facebook app on your blackberry phone; it will scatter to the normal website link. This is indeed a confirmation that the two most powerful and popular application in the world has finally turned their back on Blackberry. What if I’ve already updated to the latest? Just restore your backup of Facebook application or restore your device to the initial and you’ll have the pre-install Facebook app back. This timely blow is deadly and I bet blackberry may not be able to survive it.

BLACKBERRY RECEIVES ANOTHER BLOW FROM ANOTHER SOCIAL NETWORK

I’m sad to announce this to all Blackberry users and fans because at this moment, Blackberry is on life supports and any moment soon, they’ll die because Doctors have given up on them. Just few weeks ago, WhatsApp announced that they’ll no longer support some device in which Blackberry is not an exemption. Now, Facebook have announced that by March 31sth 2016 they’ll no longer support Facebook native app on all blackberry OS including Blackberry 10. The app will be discontinue and replaced with a web app. Blackberry in their official blog issue a statements below. "The app landscape continues to evolve, and in ways that are not always within our control. Recently, Facebook made the decision to discontinue support of their essential APIs for BlackBerry and WhatsApp announced they would end support for BlackBerry 10 and BBOS at the end of 2016.
